Pricing is based on the following conditions:

1. Minimum acceptable quality is 80% Grade A. Raw material below 80% will be rejected.

2. Prices above are for fish including tongues and cheeks, fish with tongues and/or cheeks removed will be deducted $0.05/lb. Nothing in this provision authorizes a processor to require that harvesters remove tongues and/or cheeks as a condition of sale.

3. Fish harvesters can only use one gear type per landing, that is all H&G/Trawl or Gillnet/Otter Trawl.
